Tim and Anne Norwood | Owners

Tim and Anne Norwood have owned Victors since 2003, and are active in the community. Both are natives of the Pee Dee, and have strong ties to the region. Tim is a partner in Hotel Florence, a Vice-President and Principal with Med-Enroll, and has a long and successful career in sales and entrepreneurship. He is active with the Boy Scouts of America, is Chair of the Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce, and is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Francis Marion University Education Foundation. Anne and Tim have two sons, two lovely daughters-in-law, and a granddaughter.


Cooper Thomas | General Manager & Executive Chef

Chef Thomas is the only chef from the Pee Dee Region selected by Governor Nikki Haley for the inaugural team of SC Chef Ambassadors. Cooper obtained the Bachelor of Science in Food and Beverage Administration from the Johnson & Wales Culinary Program and the Bachelor of Arts in Communications from College of Charleston. His love of simple food with a “fancy” edge is evidence of his devotion to innovation and his joyful approach to food. Cooper lives in Florence with his wife, Paige, and their two children.


Maria Mitropoulos | Assistant General Manager

A Florence native, Maria attended West Florence High School and Francis Marion University. She has extensive experience in hospitality and customer service. Maria is no stranger to hard work – she was a personal trainer and group fitness instructor at a local fitness center while working her way through school.


Jayne Murray | Banquet & Event Manager

Originally from Greenville, South Carolina, Jayne has lived in Hartsville for more than 30 years. Jayne began her work as the Banquet & Event Manager at Victors in 2011. She personally oversees the execution of over 800 banquets each year – putting her personal touch on all to ensure each event is flawless. Prior to joining the Victors team, she managed a boutique kitchen shop and catering business. Jayne and her husband have three daughters and five grandchildren.
