Count Sebastiano of the centuries-old Florentine Conti Capponi family is joining us in person, and you'll have the opportunity to experience Shelby and her culinary team at their highest level with a five-course Menù Degustazione of deliziosissimo wine and food pairings.
What Is It?
Victors Carolina Chophouse is hosting Count Sebastiano for a magnificent five-course wine dinner pairing brand-new culinary creations from Shelby's kitchen at Victors Chophouse with wines from the Conti Capponi estate winery, selected by the Count himself.
Tickets are $150 per person, with tax and gratuity not included, and are available at Victors or by emailing Maria.
When Is It?
The Count Sebastiano Wine Dinner is Sunday, September 20, 2026. A welcome reception for ticket holders will begin at 5:30 PM, before the five-course dinner service starts at 6:00 PM.
Where Is It?
This special event will be held at Victors Carolina Chophouse and, for the first time, on the dining room floor itself. Victors is located at 126 West Evans Street in Downtown Florence.
